ANNA MOUTON

Director & Founder

My approach is to not only work with the child, but also include the other family members. My aim is to equip the child with the skills they need to take on challenges with confidence so they can develop independence and integrate into the community. As part of this process, I also support and guide the other family members to support the child in the best possible way. My favourite part is to celebrate my client’s successes, both the big and small achievements.

I have two adult children and one grandson. In my free time I enjoy camping, dining with my husband and long walks on the beach.

TIA BERGIN

Occupational Therapist

Speciality: 0 – 16 years, Early Childhood Intervention, Occupational Therapy & Assessments

I discovered my passion for working with the indigenous population and with young children, specifically children with a diagnosis of Autism during a rural paediatric placement in Karratha.

I enjoy developing my experience as an OT working in paediatrics with very experienced professionals supervising and mentoring me. I am passionate about working closely with the family to ensure I provide a collaborative, strength-based approach, and pride myself on creating strong relationships with the child to create maximum engagement to achieve maximum progress.

In my free time, I enjoy keeping active and getting outdoors. I also currently work independently as a Disability Support Worker which has helped me greatly within the scope of my OT practice.

RIKI DEALE

Practice Manager

As the Practice Manager, I do the day-to-day and longer-term administration, business strategy, and marketing to ensure the smooth functioning and success of Hello You. In my role, I oversee a wide range of administrative tasks, including onboarding of clients and financial matters. By effectively managing these responsibilities, I ensure the office operates efficiently, allowing our therapists to focus on delivering high-quality care to our clients.

Ultimately, my goal as the Practice Manager is to create a supportive environment where our team can thrive, our clients receive exceptional care, and our clinic continues to grow and make a positive impact in the lives of children with ASD and their families. I am honoured to be part of this journey and dedicated to furthering the success of Hello You.
